In 1989, Rick Salisbury sold his masonry business, took out a second mortgage on his personal residence, bought nine building lots in Spanish Fork, Utah and founded Salisbury Homes (originally named "Salisbury Development").  It was at this point that Rick's vision of building a quality home at an affordable price began to take form. 

Having 25 years of experience in the construction industry gave Rick the knowledge and ability to create a fail proof formula for building affordable homes without sacrificing an ounce of quality.  This formula makes it possible for a Salisbury Home to be built in as little 30-45 days once production begins.  A home that is built on a schedule...
