My husband and I recently built a home with Salisbury Homes. We chose to build with Salisbury because the amount of home we could get for the price was better than any other builder and better than most pre-existing homes. The whole building process went smoothly. There were some minor problems that Salisbury took care of quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the final outcome. We love the exterior and interior of our home. One great thing that I love is that the homes come with a warranty purchased by Salisbury. If there are any problems it is easy to use and convenient.

The agent that we worked with through Salisbury was Bunny Skyy. She was very friendly and easy to get a hold of when we needed her. If we had any questions or concerns she would get back to us with the answers right away. I know I contacted her constantly with questions but she was always cheerful and willing to help. She was always looking out for our best interest and was a great mediator between us and the builder. We appreciated all the time she took to make sure we were happy with the process and our home when it was completed.

We love our home and know we can stay here for a long time. If we had the choice to do it over we would build with Salisbury again.

Even though she represented the builder she was all about getting us the best deal and getting the house in perfect condition for when we moved in. After searching for the perfect house for months my husband and I decided to check out Salisbury Homes. We had walked through 50 plus homes and had looked at other builders and had not found quite what we were looking for. To say my husband and I are picky could be a vast understatement. However, from the moment we stepped into the model through the whole process we have been nothing but pleased with Salisbury Homes and Reed. Both provided us with an exceptional experience and exceeded our expectations. We've built a home before and dealt with the headaches of building a home. This experience was completely opposite of our previous experience . We loved receiving weekly updates from Reed about our house. Reed was always available to answer questions and make sure that everything was going well. Our house was completed on time to our picky standards without having to constantly keep tabs on what was going on.

The buyer orientation was enjoyable knowing the house was ready for us rather than having a long punch list of things to fix and wondering when we could actually move in. We were able to relax and actually enjoy building this house, something I don't' think most people can say when they build a house. The quality, speed and price of Salisbury Homes is exceptional. Their color and finish packages made it every easy to put together a house I knew I would love without having to worry if everything would look good together. Our feelings have not changed since we moved in. We love all of our options, the great customer service we receive on the very small and few home warranty items has been exceptional. They have all been fixed withing 24 hours instead of waiting up to a month or longer like some other builders make you.

Reed has bent over backwards to make sure that we are happy. He has gone above and beyond any selling agent I've met. He has always made me feel like our family and house was his top priority. I believe he has made our experience with Salisbury exceptional and I would refer any of my friends and family to him and Salisbury.

I wanted to take a minute to thank you for your help in building my new home. I especially wanted to tell you that Reed Smith your sales agent is awesome. I typically don’t care for sales agents but Reed is different. He has an honest, laid back personality that I really enjoyed. I tend to get stressed when it comes to big financial decisions but Reeds personality and honesty just did not make that possible. The whole process was stress free and enjoyable. Reed was blunt and honest when answering all my questions. He made the application/offer process painless and pleasant. He assisted us in the selection process and had very helpful suggestions. When we ask if you could get the house done before a tax deadline we were facing he responded by saying that he could not guarantee it but that he thought it was possible. I very much appreciated his honesty. He sent me weekly updates during construction and happily took several of my paranoid/panicky phone calls. The walk through at the end was fun and informative.

I love my new home. I have been in the building industry over 30 years and as you know I have even built some on my own. That is one of the reasons I selected you. Building time, quality and price were the three main factors in my decision. I also want you to know I have been in for about 3 weeks now and I the two small warranty issue that came up were handled promptly and to my satisfaction. One of your subcontractors (Electrician) called me within hours of me contacting your office, met with me later that same day, put his little booties on, fixed the problem and apologized for the inconvenience, all in the same day. The whole experience from start to finish has been great and I go out of my way to recommend you to my friends and family – please have anyone needing a reference call me…!!!

OH, By the way.. .Thanks for getting me closed before the tax deadline. You and your people rock my friend…!!

About a year ago my and wife I decided to get into a home. We looked all over Utah County and after some time we decided to have Salisbury build our home. We were a little skeptical at first, with the economy and this being our first time building a new home, but after meeting Reed Smith and walking though numerous floor plans, we felt good about our new decision. We appreciated the friendly and professional service we received from Reed and all the employees at Salisbury.

After the home was built we had a few small problems that needed to be addressed. After each warranty request was submitted, we received a phone call from the sub-contractor and the issued was fixed and resolved within 48 hours. What great customer service!

I had a very pleasant experience from the initial contact to the buyer walk. I have sold homes with other builders/agents and for some reason once the contract is signed and they have your business they seem put out to answer phone calls or questions. I never felt that way when I called Reed and was extremely impressed with how prompt Reed was with getting questions answered or addendum's signed. I have been a licensed contractor and it is hard to impress me, but I was very happy with how quickly the home was built and how smooth the buyer orientation went. I moved into my house about 10 days ago, I’m thrilled. (Spanish Vista) I’ll bet I drove by about every day during the building of it. It went so fast! But the work was all very good and stable! Reed was always available and helpful whenever I had a question. He has a good eye and smarts of what is going on. Emily at First Colony Mortgage was super. Always attentive and knows her stuff. I’m amazed at how everything fit together and was timed like clockwork. (The last house I had built (1992) took 7 months, I knew what was supposed to happen from that one, and it did from Salisbury, too, just a lot quicker.)

My wife and I were scared when we decided to purchase our first home. We had attempted to purchase a home 3 years ago and lost the house and a lot of money. We had been renting a salisbury home and loved the floor plan and safety and comfort we felt, and decided thats what we wanted to buy. We were amazed to find out that we could build the salsbury home of our dreams for a lower price than some of the 30 to 50 year old homes.

The realtor was awesome and answered all of our "first time home buyer" questions and explained everything to us. Everything went so easy and smooth it put our fears right at ease. My wife and I just purchased a home from Salisbury homes in the Sunny Ridge development in Spanish Fork. To tell the truth, when we went into the model home and met with your representative, Reed Smith, the 1st time back in December, I thought I was taking my wife in for a “told you so” reality check. I thought that home prices were still too high but my wife wanted to get an idea of how much home we could get for our money. We were very surprised at what we found. The floor plans were well thought out and you could tell that the problems had all been ironed out.

Reed was exceptional to work with. He would answer our questions without any of the ‘pushy salesman’ tactics that I was afraid of. He understood that purchasing a home is a long‐term, highly personalized investment that my wife and I would need to decide about in our own due time. He gave us all of the options and answered all of our questions in a timely matter. We looked at all of the options for homes, new and used, and couldn’t find anything out there that could even come close to the value of a Salisbury home.

I should probably state here that I am a Mechanical Engineer, and it is in my nature to analyze all possibilities and look for any flaws that I can find. We walked through multiple Salisbury homes and finally decided on the Hamilton as the floor plan that we wanted. When Reed told us that they usually finish the homes in 60‐75 days(ours took 45) from the date of closing, I was astonished, and quietly thought to myself that they must be cutting corners, and I would have to fight with them every step of the way and force them to build it right.

From the first shovelful of dirt to the final cleaning of the interior, I went over every day and looked over the work. I can honestly say that I was nothing but impressed by the work that they did. From facing the crown in the 2x4s to the outside of the wall, to the mud joints, to the right number of screws in the sheet rock, the contractors did a wonderful job. All I really had to do was sit back and watch. Even when we ran across a hiccup with a window in a bedroom, Reed went to bat for us to make sure that we got the home the that we were promised. I can honestly say that if I owned a construction business, I would run the same way as Salisbury. They don’t have the lowest prices because of inferior workmanship, they have the lowest prices because they cut out all of the wasted time between the subcontractors getting in and getting the work done. I can’t imagine a more efficient way to build a home. I feel that we got a much better home because of how fast it went up. The tarpaper was on the day after framing (which took 3 days) and none of the wood got wet or warped even though we built in the middle of the winter.

We have since moved into the home and have received nothing but complements from everyone who has come over to visit. My wife and I have referred multiple friends work with Reed at Salisbury and would recommend them to anyone because I don’t think that you can find a better deal for the money anywhere in Utah County.
